Who is responsible

What we collect

The sign-up form asks only for your email address. We do not ask for your name or anything else.

The form is provided by our email service provider, Hostinger Reach. It loads from Hostinger’s servers (cdn-reach.hostinger.com, reach-forms.hostingerusercontent.com and reach.hostinger.com). When it loads, your browser sends Hostinger standard technical data, such as your IP address and browser type. The form also tells Hostinger when it is viewed and when it is sent, so Hostinger can count views and sign-ups. To avoid counting one view twice, it saves the time of your last view in your browser’s local storage and ignores repeat views within 30 minutes. This entry stays until you clear your browser data. Hostinger’s network provider, Cloudflare, may also set a short-lived security cookie (__cf_bm, up to 30 minutes) on Hostinger’s own web addresses to block automated abuse. The form sets no cookies on nsait.space.

Hostinger Reach stores your email address with the date you signed up. To unsubscribe, use the link in any NSAIT Daily email, or write to desk@nsait.space.

We count page visits with GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics service. It sets no cookies and does not store IP addresses; we see only aggregate visit counts.

To send you NSAIT Daily, the newsletter you asked for, and to count page visits. Nothing else.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you submit your email on the sign-up form. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to desk@nsait.space.

Counting page visits: our legitimate interest in knowing how many people read the site.

Storage and retention

Your subscription is stored by our email service provider, Hostinger, and is not publicly accessible. We keep it until you unsubscribe, and keep a record of your consent for up to 3 years after that so we can show it was given.

No selling or sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone for their own use.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing desk@nsait.space. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI), vdai.lrv.lt.
